Lost, broken, or damaged, we’ve got your back. Just go to our Contact Page and select Lost/Broken Replacement from the dropdown menu to request a new pair for free with our warranty program. A processing fee of $9.99 plus shipping applies for US replacements and $19.99 plus shipping for International replacements. Replacements can be requested once per purchased pair of glasses with our No Extinction Guarantee Replacement Warranty. Original purchase must be verified. We’ll do our best to replace the same style and lens color. If we don’t have any in stock, you’ll have the option to wait, or choose another pair.
