This California Privacy Notice (“California Notice”) describes how 4WildLife. d/b/a 4WildLife and its subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively, “4WildLife”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collect, use, store, and share the personal information of California residents when California residents access and/or use our websites, including www.4wildlife.com (“Websites”), purchase our products (“Products”), communicate with us in any manner, and/or when we interact with certain third parties.

We do not sell the personal information of California residents. We have no actual knowledge that we sell the personal information of California residents who are under 16 years of age.

Material Terms of Discount Program

From time to time, 4WildLife may provide a variety of discounts in exchange for personal information. For example, 4WildLife offers a discount of 20% off an initial order in exchange for providing an email address and mobile telephone number. 4WildLife uses the email addresses and telephone numbers provided in exchange for the discount to provide marketing of 4WildLife’s services for ongoing purchases, and for other internal statistical purposes.

How The Discount Is Reasonably Related To The Personal Information Provided

Our discount program is based upon our reasonable but sole determination of the estimated value of the personal information of California residents provided, which takes into consideration, without limitation, estimates regarding the anticipated revenue generated from such information, the anticipated expenses which might be incurred in the collection, storage, and use of such information in the operation of our business, and other relevant factors related to the estimated value of such information to our business, as permitted under applicable law.

Opt-In 

By providing your email address and mobile telephone number during the discount sign-up process, the user affirmatively opts-in to our discount program. If a person wishes to opt-out of the discount program, do not submit the personal information.

Right to Withdraw

If you wish to withdraw from the discount program, you may submit such a request by sending an e-mail to team@4wildlife.com before completing your order.

Your Rights

Right to Know. You have a have a right to submit a verifiable request, up to two times a year, for the following information from us:

  • The categories of personal information we have collected from or about you.
  • The categories of sources from which we have collected that personal information, and the business or commercial purpose for the collection.
  • The categories of third parties with whom we have shared your personal information or sold your information, and the business or commercial purpose for said sharing or selling.
  • Specific pieces of your personal information, subject to appropriate exceptions.

Please note, your request may only go back 12 months from the date of your request.

Right to Delete. You have a right to request that we delete your personal information, subject to certain exceptions such as if the information is necessary to complete the transaction for which the information was collected, detect security incidents, protect against malicious, deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity, identify and repair errors and for various other reasons available under California law.

Exercising Your Rights. To submit a request to know or delete, you may send an e-mail to team@4wildlife.com. You may also designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf by sending an e-mail with written proof of such authorization to team@4wildlife.com.

Right of Non-Discrimination. We will not discriminate against you in any way if you choose to exercise your rights under the CCPA.

Verification. In order to protect your personal information and prevent against fraud, we may verify your identity before responding to your request by matching the information provided in your request with the information we have on file about you, and depending on the sensitivity of information requested utilizing more stringent verification methods, including but not limited to requesting additional information from you and/or requiring you to sign a declaration under penalty of perjury.
